DESPOSIT FEE
A deposit will secure a session slot for you this is non-refundable except in the event Andrea Payne Photography cancels the booking. The Client may cancel a session at any time but in doing so shall forfeit any monies paid. If you or your children are sick, please give 24 hours’ notice to reschedule your session. If 24 hours’ notice is not given or client is a no show, the session fee will need to be paid again in order to re-book the session.
PACKAGES AND PRODUCTS
All packages are set and cannot be changed. If you wish to purchase products and wall art this can be discussed and ordered at your viewing.
IN PERSON VIEWINGS
Proofs will be ready within 1-2 weeks. Images will be chosen and edited at the photographer’s discretion, and delivered images may not include all images shot. Andrea Payne Photography is not obligated to provide the client with any images that are not already presented to them. The Client is responsible for viewing and choosing images. For all orders, payment is due in full at time of order. All portrait orders are final and cannot be changed or refunded for any reason.
ARTISTIC INPUT
Andrea Payne Photography shall be entitled to use her judgement regarding the style and artistic input in the production of pictures. This includes, but is not limited to, poses, props and number of images taken. Due to the willingness of subjects it may not be possible to capture all the pictures requested, or images to the client’s full expectations. In the event of uncooperative children at a session of any kind, for any reason, Andrea Payne Photography may not be able to capture any, or all the images the Client may have requested or expected. The Client is responsible for all children at all sessions. The Photographer will use professional judgment and sole discretion to select which photos to deliver. Such selection shall constitute all images that will be made available to the Client. Professional re-touching and artist finishing is included. Edited images are delivered in full resolution JPEG format. RAW (unedited) images are the photographer’s property and will not be supplied to the client. Additional edits are carried out at the discretion of Andrea Payne Photography, and Andrea Payne Photography reserves the right to charge the Client for additional editing to cover time involved.
COPYRIGHT & REPRODUCTION
Copyright is retained by Andrea Payne Photography at all times throughout the world. No image can be copied, scanned or reproduced in any form whatsoever without the prior consent of Andrea Payne Photography. The Client may not alter or add to or manipulate a picture by any means or reproduce a picture in whole or in part as an element within, or as a montage with, another picture without Andrea Payne Photography’s written permission. Where a breach is discovered, the Client will be liable for the full cost of digital images. Permission to reproduce a picture for personal use only (not commercial) is granted to the Client by Andrea Payne Photography. Digital images may not be altered or edited in any way as this is a breach of copyright.
USE OF PICTURES
Andrea Payne Photography retains the right in all cases to use any pictures for the purposes of displays, advertising, portfolio, publication or promotion, of its work.
PRINTING OF IMAGES
Andrea Payne Photography takes no responsibility for poor quality prints or products due to using high street/supermarket printing labs against advice.
DELETED IMAGES
All images are deleted 3 months after the closure of the Client’s gallery. In the event of non-purchase all images will be deleted 30 days after the gallery expires.
PHOTOGRAPHY EQUIPMENT
Use of your own cameras, mobile phone cameras and camcorders are not permitted during any session, in studio or on location.
TIME KEEPING
It’s very important to be on time for your session Andrea Payne Photography runs a very strict schedule and likes everything to run smoothly. Your session will start at the scheduled start time, even if the Client is late. The session end time will remain the same.
